TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

We know you are all trying to navigate this ever-changing situation with COVID-19 and the impact that this virus is having on our families, communities and our businesses.

As our environment surrounding the COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to assure you that HPP remains open for business and ready to support our customers through this time.

We are well aware of the importance of our role in supporting the livelihoods of our customers, staff and suppliers.

We have been in constant contact will our suppliers and are confident that currently there is limited impact to our ability to supply our customers as per our normal operations. Our manufacturing facility remains fully operational and lead-times are still holding at our dependable 7-day turnaround along with our 4-day express service.

We have also decided to absorb the March industry price increase of 4.5% until later in the year to help ease any extra burden on our customers.

While we continue to be alert and not alarmed, all actions and recommendations taken by the business are based on the advice given from the Federal and State Governments to ensure we are well informed and prepared.

For the health and safety of our valued customers and team members, HPP has implemented a rigorous cleaning and sanitisation program.

• All surfaces are being wiped regularly with antiseptic solution
• Staff will be washing / disinfecting their hands routinely
• Team members displaying flu-like symptoms have been asked to refrain from coming to work and follow government guidelines around testing and isolation.
• HPP is also adhering to the Social Distancing Policy brought out by Australia’s Federal Government. Please respect our team member’s rights to adhere to this Policy.

In the effort to reduce transmission, we would also ask that if you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting flu-like symptoms that you please refrain from entering our facility.

As of the 23rd of March 2020:

• Visits to our customers have been paused unless business critical. Our Salespeople will continue to be available via phone or email if you should have any enquiries.

• CabinetPro demonstrations and training will be conducted electronically.

• Other than deliveries or pickups, all visits to our facilities have been paused unless business critical and by appointment only.

• Our showroom and sample boards are closed until further notice.

• Replenishment of our sample boards and brochures will be paused as well.

• Customer pickups will be directed by our team according to our site policies and we ask that they be patient and comply respectfully with our team’s requests.

• All access to our site other than vehicle deliveries and pickups will be through reception. No access to the factory is permitted without prior appointment.

Our company safety slogan is ‘Think Safe, Work Safe, Home Safe” and to help us achieve this objective in the current climate we have instigated a number of actions to protect our staff, customers and the wider community.

While we continue to be alert and not alarmed, all actions and recommendations taken by the business are based on the advice given from the Federal and State Governments to ensure we are well informed and prepared.

The ability of the HPP Group to continue to provide support to our staff, customers and their livelihoods relies on the continued service from our suppliers. We trust that you are taking the necessary precautions in your businesses to help us achieve this objective.

• Other than deliveries or pickups, all visits to our facilities have been paused unless business critical and by appointment only. As an alternative we have systems in place to conduct meetings electronically and can accommodate this if required.

• Our showroom and trade counter are closed until further notice.

• Replenishment of our sample boards and brochures will be paused as well.

• Delivery drivers will be directed by our team according to our site policies and we ask that they be patient and comply respectfully with our team’s requests.

• All access to our site other than vehicle deliveries will be through reception. No access to the factory is permitted without prior appointment.
